Standard commercial machines take 15 to 25 days to manufacture after the 50% advance, followed by 5 to 10 days of transport depending on your city. Custom colours or branding usually add 5 to 10 days. Larger orders can be dispatched in phases.
Yes. Bulk orders can include custom frame colours, upholstery colours, logo decals and custom dimensions, which suits gym chains, franchises, hotels and private label buyers. A minimum quantity applies, and we share mock ups before production begins.
Our standard terms are 50% advance against a pro forma invoice, 40% before dispatch and 10% after installation. We accept NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI and cheque, and issue GST compliant invoices on every order. Project and repeat buyers can discuss milestone based terms.
All commercial machines carry a 1 year manufacturing warranty on the frame, welding and structure. Upholstery, cables, bearings and consumables carry 3 to 6 months depending on the product. Spare parts remain available after the warranty period.
